Visiting PBCSD
Directions
Traveling South from Highway One:
- Take Pacific Grove/Pebble Beach – 17 Mile Drive Exit,
- Stay in left lane, go through stoplight and make right into Highway One gate.
Traveling North from Highway One:
- Take Pacific Grove/Pebble Beach – 17 Mile Drive Exit
- Turn left at stoplight then right into Highway One gate.
To PBCSD from Highway One gate:
Inform security officer of the purpose of your visit to the Pebble Beach Community Services District. You may stop at the gate to use the phone to call the District (373-1274) if you are unsure of directions.
- Go RIGHT up hill onto Sunridge Road.
- Make LEFT at stop sign onto Sunridge Road.
- Make LEFT at next stop onto Sunridge Road.
- Make first RIGHT onto Ronda Road.
- Bear RIGHT back onto Sunridge Road.
- Make first LEFT onto Lopez Road.
- Pass Poppy Hills Golf Course on left,
- Turn LEFT into parking lot at PBCSD office.
To PBCSD from S.F.B. Morse Highway 68 gate:

Inform security officer of the purpose of your visit to the Pebble Beach Community Services District. You may stop at the gate to use the phone to call the District (373-1274) if you are unsure of directions.
- Take Pacific Grove/Pebble Beach Highway 68 Exit
- Stay on the RIGHT lane and turn RIGHT onto Highway 68 West at the stop light (proceed approx. 1 7/8 miles)
- Make LEFT at the second stop light into the S.F.B. Morse Gate and Take S.F.B. Morse Drive
- Proceed STRAIGHT ahead at the stop sign onto Congress Road
- (After approx. one mile, Congress Rd. will dead end into Lopez Road)
- Make RIGHT onto Lopez Road.
- Turn LEFT into parking lot at PBCSD office.
