PBCSD Sewer Permit Application Procedure

PBCSD requests the property owners, contractors or plumbers to download the PBCSD Sewer Permit Application (see file above), fill it out, sign and send by email to ynunez@pbcsd.org, or upload directly below:

Payment is accepted in the form of check payable to PBCSD and can be mailed to:

  • Pebble Beach Community Services District
  • 3101 Forest Lake Road
  • Pebble Beach, CA 93953

If you prefer to drop off payment in person at the District administration office, please schedule an appointment by emailing ynunez@pbcsd.org.

As part of the sewer permit application requirements, the contracted plumber must be registered with the District. Please refer to the List of Registered Plumbers (see file above) to view the current registered plumbers eligible to do plumbing work within Pebble Beach.

PBCSD Annual Plumber Registration Procedure

Plumbers can register by completing the annual Plumber Registration Application (see file above) and submitting all required documentation to ynunez@pbcsd.org; and mailing or dropping off payment to the aforementioned address.
